What Will You Actually Pay?
Our fee is $650 a month — the maximum a Partner Operator (POP) centre may charge Singapore Citizen children. Most families pay considerably less once ECDA subsidies are applied.
| Your situation | Basic Subsidy | Additional Subsidy | You pay, roughly |
|---|---|---|---|
| Working mother, household income $6,000 or below | $300 | up to $467 | about $0 – $50 |
| Working mother, household income $6,001 – $9,000 | $300 | about $200 – $340 | about $10 – $150 |
| Working mother, household income $9,001 – $12,000 | $300 | about $40 – $180 | about $170 – $310 |
| Working mother, household income above $12,000 | $300 | not eligible in 2026 | about $350 |
| Non-working mother | $150 | not usually eligible | about $500 |
These are estimates, not quotes. Your actual subsidy is assessed by ECDA and depends on your household income, working status and family size.
Check your exact figure with the official ECDA subsidy calculator, or let us work it out with you when you visit — we help every family through the subsidy application.
Figures current as at 6 September 2026. Fee caps and subsidy rates are set by ECDA and may change.
Coming in 2027: the household income ceiling for the Additional Subsidy rises from $12,000 to $15,000 from 1 January 2027, so families earning $12,001–$15,000 will qualify for the first time. Read what else is changing →
